Biography
Intro
Prior to Richard’s current position as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at LeanMap Partners, he was the founder of Onshore Advisory Group LLC. and past CEO of various major industrial companies, primarily located in China. Richard’s past experiences include Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Product Development on four continents.
Core Competencies
Richard’s experience has led him to understand the hidden factors that face most multi-national companies in establishing a foothold in venues that are new to them. This is based on having worked not only with CEO’s, NGO’s and Governments, but also with workers and contractors at every level of the Supply Chain.
Having run major industrial operations but also launched start-ups has given Richard a unique perspective on business in this world of expanding globalization.

Establishing a successful Supply Chain organization requires a solid understanding of theory and capabilities of an organization, but more importantly, the ability to analyze it’s strengths and weaknesses so that the best methods can be employed to obtain quick and effective results.
The deep understanding of business, continuous improvement methods (Lean Management), operations, social and politic issues is at the core of Richard’s ability to pierce through the issues to arrive at the core quickly and effectively.
